We are working with a successful Investment Management firm who are looking for an Investment Oversight Manager to join the business.

The Investment Oversight Manager has a high level of autonomy over BAU processes and is responsible for driving change and continual improvement within their area. You will have line management responsibility for a small team including developing training plans, mentoring, and conducting appraisals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution and ongoing development of due diligence processes for new and existing Investment Advisers.
  • Oversee daily monitoring of relevant Investment and Borrowing Powers and prospectus rules.
  • Design, create, and deliver risk analysis and reporting to assess schemes against their stated Investment Objectives and Policy.
  • Develop suitable quantitative and qualitative metrics for assessing the value delivered by the schemes over time.
  • Generate high-quality MI and seek process efficiencies.

Experience Required:

  • 5 years+ experience of investment oversight or investment management in a regulated firm.
  • Understand key investment risks and how to measure them.
  • Experience reviewing, interpreting, and applying regulations and industry guidance.
