HR & Recruitment Advisor - Full or Part-Time Considered (minimum 30 hours)

Location: Marlow, UK 
Salary: £35-42,000 per annum plus extensive benefits including private medical, flexible working, EAP, discounts, wellbeing
Contract: Fixed-term (6 months with potential to extend)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Recruitment Advisor to join our clients team in Marlow on a six-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who is passionate about driving recruitment strategies and delivering exceptional human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for the UK, US and Germany, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
  • Provide HR advisory services to management and employees across international entities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with international teams to support global HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR and recruitment, preferably within an international context.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ideally, you will be available at shorter notice to facilitate a start within the next month, unfortunately, candidates with lengthy notice periods can't be considered.
