Interim Grading Specialist with Willis Towers Watson Methodology Experience
Contract Term: Immediate start, 6 weeks initially potential to extend
Day Rate: £300 - £400 per day outside IR35
Location: Flexible/Remote
We are seeking an Interim Job Grading/Evaluation Specialist with a proven track record of utilising the Willis Towers Watson grading methodology. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation, and apply your expertise in job evaluation and grading within a dynamic environment, contributing to strategic HR decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage job grading projects using the Willis Towers Watson methodology within the agreed timeframe.
- Provide expert advice on job design, role clarity, and career framework alignment.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure grading outcomes meet organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with the Willis Towers Watson job grading methodology.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
