Interim Recruitment Coordinator (3-4 week assignment with potential to extend)

Location: West Oxfordshire
Hourly rate: c.£14.50 per hour PAYE
Duration: 3-4 weeks 

Are you organised, personable, and passionate about recruitment? An established client is seeking an Interim Recruitment Coordinator to join the team to assist through a period of volume recruitment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen potential candidates with a keen eye for talent.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Contribute in delivering exceptional service by selecting and screening quality candidates.

What's on Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.50 - £15.00 paid weekly on a PAYE basis
  • Full or part-time considered 3, 4 or 5 days considered (hybrid working available although beneficial to be on site) 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination/HR administration or coordination 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ideally you will be available at short notice to start in this interim assignment, and live within a commutable distance to West Oxfordshire.
