HR Systems Administrator
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Location: UK-based (Right to Work in the UK required)
  • Salary: Up to £35k

My client is seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and data management. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our HR processes, supporting the overall mission of our organisation.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for routine payroll, systems, and data enquiries.
  • Administer HR data and systems efficiently, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide timely information and reports that enable insight and decision-making.
  • Support the monthly payroll process and assist with year-end payroll reporting as needed.
  • Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver a professional service that meets the high standards of the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR administration.
  • Confident user of HR databases and enabling software, iTrent experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Studying for, accredited in, or prepared to study for a relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Passionate about contributing to a thriving and efficient workplace.
