I am seeking a temporary HR & Policy Data Analyst to join my client in Shaftesbury. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and data analysis, as well as a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

This role, is a new role to the organisation where you will be able to make quality changes and implement new ideas to improve the business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and patterns
  • Completing Risk assessments 
  • Provide training to all employees around GDPR and resolving data breaches 
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership
  • Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives


Qualifications:

  • You must hold a CIPD Level 3 minimum
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
