I am exclusively working with a growing SME organisation based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, who is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 16 weeks, where the client will review the position with the candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Director to support the business through their expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies, procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Support the HR team in the delivery of training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Experience working in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
