£80,000 - £100,000 + company bonus up to 20% + excellent benefits

Full office based, London

We are currently recruiting for an international manufacturing company for a Divisional Head of HR to join their global HR team based out of London. You must have International HR experience and have worked with specifically with India and Europe. As Head of HR, you will be leading a team of 4 who are responsible for leading and facilitating the management of HR processes and systems across corporate functions, with the objective of enhancing organisational effectiveness.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Ensuring effective talent Acquisition
  • Performance Management and Talent Development
  • Development team
  • HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations
  • Drive a culture of ethics and take appropriate and timely action on any misconduct and non-performance
  • Take pulse of people issues and concerns through various communication channels and work along with business and functional leaders to ensure appropriate actioning is done to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Administer engagement survey and design appropriate action plan.
  • Maintain a clear understanding and up to date knowledge of the UK legal framework,
  • Manpower Budgeting & MIS: Timely and accurate closure of Budgeting, Monthly MIS and Org Chat updating

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar level HR generalist role
  • Must have worked for a global / international organisation; either from India or with strong connections with corporate functions in India - understanding of Indian culture is a must!
  • Executive stakeholder management and
  • Must have been working in the UK for at least 5 years and with strong knowledge of employment legislation (ACAS knowledge ideal)
  • Must be willing to travel (as will attend visits to NL and Hungary)
  • Performance Management.
  • Policy and Standards Design and Development.
  • Recruitment and Selection.
  • Talent Management.
  • Workforce Planning.
