Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Assistant - Temporary (3 Months)

Location: Central London

Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extension

Company Description: Reed HR is supporting a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to fostering a collaborative work environment. We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department during a period of exciting growth and change.

Job Summary: The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations joining a current team of 5. They will be responsible for participating in various HR projects such as development reviews, bonus cycles and salary reviews. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, be an efficient administrator, and be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out onboarding and offboarding processes, general HR admin and running ad hoc reports. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Run HR inductions 
  • Draft offer letters and support with onboarding and offboarding 
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).

This role is intially on a 3 month temporary basis with the potential to extend to a 12 month contract. This role is urgent so apply today!
