Reed HR are working with a Financial Services company based in Central London to recruit a HR Advisor on a Permanent basis. Salary circa £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. This job will be an office based role initially, with the option for some flexibility once probation period has passed. 

This job will be a stand-alone HR Generalist supporting and developing a rapidly growing new business unit. Working closely with the parent company, you will be responsible for the HR initiatives such as recruitment, payroll admin, HR policy and procedure, and global mobility.

Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:

- Maintain accurate and efficient HR records and databases within the organisation. Updating new starter and leaver information as required.

- Support with HR Administrative tasks related to employee relations, performance management and compliance.

- Act as the HR lead on all queries that come from employees

- Assist hiring managers with a range of recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and onboarding of successful candidates.

- Support employees relocating internationally, by assisting with visa applications, work permits and documentation.

- Support with Payroll processing, including data entry, calculation of salaries and deductions.

- Undertake any additional adhoc duties as required

This is a professional and demanding HR Advisor role, and to be successful it is ideal that you have experience working within a role that has been stand-alone previously, or within Financial Services. Ideally you will a good Generalist HR background.
