HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR Advisor currently open to work and able to start ASAP? 

You will be based in Milton Keynes or Northampton, depending on your preference. 

Hourly pay rate £20-22ph. ( £40-42k annual salary equivalent) 

This is an Interim HR Advisor role to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the business! Although this is an Interim post this may turn into something more permanent for the right candidate if of interest. 

In this exciting position, you'll be the cornerstone of their HR operations, working closely with leadership teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Your expertise will guide the HR agenda, ensuring the highest standards of people management and contributing to innovative HR practices. With a focus on employee relations, change management, and performance reporting, you'll be instrumental in driving our mission of enhancing educational outcomes.
