HR Advisor
  • Location: South West London
  • Job Type: Full-time with flexible working (1 day in the office per week)
  • Salary: £40-45k per annum

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a thriving property company in South West London. As part of our HR team, you will be pivotal in managing HR services for our clients, with a strong focus on fostering client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, as it offers the option to work remotely with occasional travel to various sites in the South West London area.

Our client would like to find someone who can:
  • Build and maintain key relationships across the business.
  • Engage with clients to understand their unique HR challenges, goals, and requirements.
  • Implement strategies and suggest new and improved HR policies.
  • Educate and advise on best HR practices and compliance.
  • Manage the employee life cycle, including handling employee relations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role.
  • Strong background in employee relations.
  • Solid understanding of UK Employment Law.
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7. 
  • Experience in a fast-growing SME is highly desirable.
