Home based HR Advisors (open to once a week office visits in Gloucester) this one is for you! ????

Due to continued growth, our client who is doing fantastic things across the country for individuals with special educational needs and disabilities is looking for a permanent, full time ER/HR Advisor.

This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively with the wider HR team, where you will be advising and supporting managers with issues such as; probation, disciplinary, grievance, unplanned absence and capability.

This role will also give you space to coach and train line managers in developing their people management skills.

If you have;

�? Up to date knowledge of UK employment law

�?Understanding of TUPE legislations

�?Fantastic interpersonal skills

�?Confident in your ability to coach and mentor

�?Enjoy building positive relationships with managers and unions
