Reed HR have partnered with an established professional services consultancy who are seeking an HR Advisor to join their growing team. This is a permanent vacancy, offering 2 days minimum in their West Sussex based office, the rest of the week being based from home. 

The HR Advisor will...

  • Advise, guide, and manage a variety of employee relations matters, working with managers at various levels
  • Support internal Business Partners with key strategic projects and organisational development activity
  • Manage recruitment campaigns from scoping requirements through to interview and offer
  • Work closely with our learning and development team to provide additional value to clients
  • Support business and clients with Employment Law updates and maintenance of HR policy and processes
  • Advise on change and restructures, EDI, engagement and HRIS implementation

The successful HR Advisor will have...

  • An open and curious mindset, driven to add value and hungry to learn and grow
  • A strong generalist background, comfortable dealing with complex employee relations matters
  • Familiar with and comfortable working in a multi-client environment
  • Self-directed problem solver with a creative outlook and the ability to communicate with different stakeholders, both internally and externally with proactive confidence
  • Solid employment law knowledge and CIPD Level 5
  • An eye for detail and passion for HR
  • Strong IT and customer service skills
