HR Advisor

My client, an expanding SME based in Portsmouth is seeking an HR Advisor to join their growing People Function on a permanent, full time office basis.

Reporting into the HR Manager and forming a People Team of 4, Duties include:

• Advising on ER cases including Disciplinary & Grievances
• Supporting Managers with 1st line HR queries
• Advising all employees on correct HR policy and procedure
• Partnering with the HR Administrator on Onboarding & Training of new starters
• Assisting with HR projects including Wellbeing & Reward offering
• Ad hoc HR duties

The ideal candidate will:

• Have solid HR experience gained at an HR Officer or HR Advisor Level
• Be a strong communicator and be able to deliver to deadlines
• CIPD qualification is advantageous but not essential for this role
