Reed HR are proud to be working with an innovative and inspiring organisation based in Cardiff Bay who are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team, who shares their values of fairness, dignity, and respect. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across all parts of our colleagues’ employment lifecycle and will be instrumental in ensuring our ambitious vision becomes a reality.

Part time up to 18 hours a week over flexible working hours and days of your choice 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Maintain online HR systems, databases, and portals to ensure accurate and reliable HR data.
  • Update colleague e-HR files, track various HR metrics such as annual leave, sickness absence, and turnover.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support for the recruitment process, including job descriptions, advert content, and interview coordination.
  • Process pre-employment checks and prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new starters and leavers.
  • Actively support our Well-being Group initiatives.
  • Assist the Head of HR & Wellbeing with meeting organisation, minute-taking, and diary management.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and carry out ad-hoc projects as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
