HR Administrator - part time
Part time up to 18 hours a week over flexible working hours and days of your choice
Day-to-day of the role:- Maintain online HR systems, databases, and portals to ensure accurate and reliable HR data.
- Update colleague e-HR files, track various HR metrics such as annual leave, sickness absence, and turnover.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Provide end-to-end administrative support for the recruitment process, including job descriptions, advert content, and interview coordination.
- Process pre-employment checks and prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new starters and leavers.
- Actively support our Well-being Group initiatives.
- Assist the Head of HR & Wellbeing with meeting organisation, minute-taking, and diary management.
- Raise Purchase Orders and carry out ad-hoc projects as required.
- Experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and databases.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
