HR Administrator Office Based

My client is looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to support their Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and the effectiveness of the team. This role includes responsibilities such as managing employee records, supporting recruitment activities, overseeing time and attendance, and coordinating travel for employees.
Day to Day of the role:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HR database.
- Process various employee changes including new hires, terminations, and status updates.
- Assist with recruitment activities, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Manage employee time and attendance records, generating reports for payroll.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, ensuring adherence to travel policies.
- Help maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Facilitate communication between HR and employees, responding to routine inquiries and directing complex questions appropriately.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including organizing events and training sessions.
- Experience in an HR Administrator role or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- HR qualification is preferable but not essential.
