We are recruiting for our client a leading IT support and managed services provider catering to educational, charitable, and small business sectors. Join our esteemed client's team as they expand their IT support division and look to appoint a Helpdesk Technician.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support, addressing technical issues promptly.
  • Log and prioritise support requests, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve tickets efficiently.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and support procurement.
  • Update knowledge base articles for seamless operations.
  • Assist with technical support during school functions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in IT support, ideally within educational settings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Desirable: Microsoft Certifications in Azure, Server Administration, or Operating Systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Workspace administration.
