Our client is looking for a Head of Financial Advice to join the business and lead a team of Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and Administrators to ensure the delivery of good-quality advice.

Key duties will include:

  • Overseeing and leading the team, promoting a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement to achieve business targets.
  • Spearheading efforts to optimise operational processes, workflows, and systems to enhance overall efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Embracing and implementing technological solutions to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and stay current with industry advancements.
  • Monitoring performance metrics to assess and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Addressing operational challenges promptly, providing solutions, and fostering a proactive problem-solving environment.
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure seamless coordination and information flow.
  • Provide mentorship and training to the Adviser Team, contributing to the development of their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and standards, playing a key role in maintaining the organisation's compliance with financial regulations.

Experience Required:

  • Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum qualification
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team of Financial Advisers
  • Previous experience of providing financial advice and achieving/exceeding relevant KPIs.
