Head of Finance Part time
Salary: Full-time equivalent £40,000 - £45,000 pa
Actual £16,000 - £18,000 p.a. for 14 hours/week
It may be possible to increase the number of hours to 21 hours/week
Our client is an independent charity combating domestic abuse in East Surrey. As Head of Finance, you'll provide strategic financial advice, manage finances, and support decision-making reporting into the CEO.
Head of Finance - What will I be doing?
- Financial and management accounting
- Financial strategic management
- Stakeholder reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Grant management
Head of Finance - What experience do I need?
NB This position is restricted to female applicants in accordance with Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9 (part 1).
- You will need to be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Previous financial leadership experience
- Charitable sector experience desirable
- Treasury experience desirable
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to work with kindness, honesty and integrity at all times in line with the charity's ethos.
Head of Finance - What else do I need to know?
It may be possible to increase the number of hours to 21 hours/week. This role will be based in the Redhill office initially with some flexibility for home working.
