-Liaising with suppliers over the phone and via email in English and Finnish or Hungarian or German
-Confirming bookings with hotels and travel providers
-Making cancellations and amendments
-Resolving customer service issues effectively
-Dealing with related travel administration
If you are able to work from the Warrington office, you will be fluent in English (written and spoken) and at least one of the following languages: Finnish, Hungarian or German. Ideally you will also have travel industry experience. Hours will involve shifts of 0700-1530, 0800-1630 and 0900-1730, Monday to Friday. If you are until 3.30pm ,8am until 4.30 pm or 9pm until 5.30pm. If you have solid industry experience, have worked previously as a travel consultant with GDS and speak Finnish or Hungarian consideration may be given to set you up from home, providing you are UK based, can attend 3 weeks training in Warrington and have suitable facilities to allow you to work from home.
