Experienced Gardener

£17 per hour – self employed - Immediate start – Mon to Fri

Small gardening business within the Surrey area is looking for an experienced Gardener to join a hardworking team of 2.

You will be responsible for maintaining private residential gardens to a high standard. Area’s covered are New Malden, Surbiton, Esher, Weybridge, Oxshott, Chessington and surrounding towns.

The company is keen to expand so there is potential to manage your own team in the future.

Duties include:

• Mowing and strimming lawns
• Cutting and maintaining hedges
• Weeding flower beds
• Pruning plants
• Planting shrubs and bulbs
• Composting
• Removal of garden waste
• Use of power tools

The ideal person will have:

• Live within 5-10 miles of KT6 area
• Min 3 years gardening experience
• Knowledge of plants
• Full driving licence
• Experienced in using power tools
• Reliable & punctual
• Hardworking
• Work well in a team
• Follow instructions
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role which includes some heavy lifting
