The Client:-
Are the market-leaders in passive fire protection, who have worked on some of the most iconic buildings in the country such as The Shard, Battersea Power Station and The Royal Opera House. They also work closely with Housing Associations and Local Authorities to repair and maintain their housing portfolios.

The Role:-
You who will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Group CEO.

As the Executive Assistant, you will act as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams on behalf of the CEO and organise and coordinate activities and external relations.

In supporting the Group CEO, you'll be responsible for:

  • Organising national and international travel, including any required itineraries, travel packs and necessary amendments to avoid potential logistical issues.
  • Full diary management, including time management, organising of meetings and [Teams] calls, room bookings, taking minutes, greeting clients and organising refreshments.
  • Organise and attend regular Senior Leadership team, Group executive team, Special projects team and Group Board meetings in addition to supporting the group technology group and staff engagement forum – this will include taking notes, circulating minutes and agendas prior to meetings and assisting with  Board Pack production.
  • Email management where reasonable – such as advising on availability or prioritising emails for the CEO.
  • Event planning skills are critical in relation to organising and co-ordination of internal and external dinners, client entertainment and supporting internal and events.
  • Support Corporate Governance – whether updating organisation charts, report-ins and policy comms.
  • Ensure CEO holiday is recorded and communicated to relevant line management.
  • Collating and consolidating information from line management into concise reports for the CEO.
  • Record and submit expense claims.
  • Producing Canva or Veed presentations.
  • Building an active network of executive assistants and personal assistants in the construction industry.
  • Organisation of all internal 1:1 meetings for the CEOs direct line reports.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required, always maintaining confidentiality.
  • Any other duties where reasonable and in scope.
