Executive Assistant

A sensational role for an outstanding experienced Executive Assistant to support at Partner level within a prestigious VC company in the West End.

The role is a fast paced, demanding and varied EA position where you will be kept busy

• managing busy diaries
• organising travel
• arranging meetings
• preparing confidential documentation
• expenses
• supporting on events and much more

You will also be the front facing Ambassador of the company where your strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative are paramount. A natural problem solver and team player with an unflappable, can do attitude and an engaging high vibe persona is a pre-requisite. You will value working in a collaborative team, always be willing to support your colleagues and muck in where necessary to achieve team goals.

You will benefit from at least one day per week from home, but when you see the absolutely stunning offices in the heart of the West End with the look and facilities of a private members club, you may want to be in the office more often!
