I am seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Employee Relations Advisor to join my client during an exciting period of growth. This role is specifically designed to cover an 8-week sabbatical. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
  • Manage a caseload of low-risk employee relations cases, offering advice and guidance to managers and actively working towards timely case resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies, procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Support the HR team in the delivery of training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar employee relations role.
  • Must hold a CIPD Level 5 Minimum 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

This is a full-time position for 8 weeks, working on site 4 days a week and 1 day from home. If you are an experienced Employee Relations Advisor who can hit the ground running, we would love to hear from you!
