Are you a Recruitment Resourcer or an individual with a sales background who is looking for a fresh challenge in a lively office environment?

Our high performance and well- established client based close to Farringdon and are looking for a driven, hardworking, articulate and money motivated individual to work in the Education sector.

The ideal candidate will be confident and a good communicator, who can easily engage with people at all levels and must be efficient and organised.

Main tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Being Proactive and able to use initiative
  • Providing support for the Recruitment consultant/consultants
  • Being first point of contact for candidates who are calling and visiting the office
  • Liaising with candidates, conducting telephone and face to face Interviews
  • Advertising and dealing with advert response
  • Matching workers requirements to available positions
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
