EA to Chief Marketing Officer – Berlin, Germany
44,000 euros pa

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced C-Suite EA to join a Real Estate firm in their Berlin office. You will provide comprehensive business support to the Chief Marketing officer, in a multi-faceted and fast-paced role.

The successful candidate will either be currently based in Berlin, or willing to re-locate for the role from London.

You MUST have proven experienced within an EA role with excellent business acumen.

The Role:
  • Acting as a solid gatekeeper and building relationships across the business
  • Complex and extensive diary management, making necessary last minute changes
  • Travel arrangements. Co-ordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation, producing itineraries, liaising with internal and external clients and arranging foreign currency and passport/visas where applicable. 
  • Taking minutes and circulating agendas and action points
  • Maintain confidentiality and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Assisting with a range of projects
  • Organising events and training – onsite and offsite
  • Processing expenses
Essential requirements:
  • Proven experience as an EA/PA supporting at C-Suite
  • Resilient and robust approach, with the ability to work and make decisions autonomously
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
