Disputes & Investigations Associate

We are seeking to recruit an Associate to join this leading law firm's London or Bristol office.

You will join the highly successful disputes & investigations team and will be afforded the opportunity to work on high value and often high-profile disputes work.

The firm are looking for an Associate with ideally between 2-4 years' PQE in commercial disputes.

About the team

• Our dispute resolution team does more than advise on the law,they offer strategic business thinking and a clear point of view, rooted in exceptional legal knowledge.
• They handle a full range of high-value, complex commercial disputes, including contentious banking and finance matters, insolvency litigation, contentious regulatory investigations, civil and criminal fraud claims and commercial arbitration.
• The team specialises in challenging contractual, competition, boardroom and joint venture disputes.

About You

• Candidates will ideally have some experience in crime and/or AI investigations.
• You will also work with other Partners and Associates across other offices as part of a collegiate and supportive international group.
• Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team;
• Experience in and enthusiasm for complex, high value disputes is essential for this role.
