Litigation Associate

This growing firm are seeking a Litigation Associate to join their practice based in London.
The Opportunity
- This role provides an opportunity to become involved in a broad spectrum of work across most aspects of the general commercial litigation and international arbitration team.
- Some interest, or experience, in one or other of international arbitration or civil fraud (or both) is desirable but not essential.
- The caseload is both varied and of high quality and you will act for a broad range of clients including well known global names.
Tasks will include:
- legal and factual analysis
- document review
- drafting of correspondence
- proofing witnesses and preparing witness statements
- pleadings and briefs
- assistance in preparing cross-examination and liaising with clients (including in-house counsel)
- attending hearings and trials.
Personal attributes and skills
- A successful candidate will have excellent disputes experience.
- Sound time management and communication skills are essential.
- The successful candidate will be highly motivated to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
