As one of our new Team Leaders, you will be required to effectively lead, manage, and develop a team of Claims Handlers to ensure they provide the very highest standards of customer service, ensuring that each vehicle incident is managed to a speedy and professional resolution, whilst maintaining a strong focus on operational targets; performance improvement and driving the team to success.

Salary- £25,732.57 - £32,126.61 per annum depending on experience, plus a quarterly bonus.
Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and we’ll even help you celebrate with an extra day off for your birthday!

About you
•    You're a proven people manager (ideally from a motor insurance/ contact centre background) with strong communication and leading skills. 
•    You have a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
•    You have an engaging personality with excellent communication and proven people management skills.
•    You excel in your ability to get the best out of your team members, through strong hands-on coaching and performance management.
•    You’re highly customer and delivery focused, you thrive on working in a target driven environment where performance improvements and innovation are constantly being pursued.
•    You possess a well-developed sense of financial awareness, you are someone who can see the bigger picture and work closely with peers and line managers to ensure delivery against SLA's and targets
