THE COMPANY: Our client is a dynamic construction consultancy company specialising in large-scale projects across various sectors. They are seeking a Chartered Project Surveyor to join on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE:
  • Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate cost estimates.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts, handle variations, and manage subcontractors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare progress reports, financial summaries, and forecasts.
THE PERSON:
  • Chartered Status: MRICS or FRICS qualification.
  • Project Management: Proven experience managing construction projects.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of project finances.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and find practical solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in project documentation and reporting.
