Administrator and Customer Service

This positions key focus is to deliver great customer service to the clients customers.

  • You would need to deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Great communication skills
  • You would need to have a flexible attitude to working hours, mainly 9 - 5 but overtime is required on occasions
  • A strong team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Willing to travel to other locations within the Surrey area, this can be done by public transport
  • The applicant needs to be able to pay good attention to detail
  • Neat appearance
  • Taking payments for services and products
  • Providing an outstanding customer service
  • Answering phone calls and either directing queries accordingly or dealing with the clients requests.
  • Answering queries via email, letter, and phone. Word, Excel and a little PowerPoint would be needed
  • Data Entry onto our in-house systems
  • General administration support for the whole team
  • Document copying, scanning, and filing.
  • Preparing meeting rooms with the correct paper work for the client's meeting
  • To ensure all correspondence receives prompt attention and is maintained accurately.
  • Ensuring all clients and visitors are signed in and out of the premises.
