Young Person’s Support Worker Required 

Contract type:       3 months +

Hours per week:    37.5

Location:              Devon

Venn Group are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist Young People  in supported living accommodation. If you are passionate about helping transform lives and want to work for a Housing Association with apply now. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

• Work effectively with vulnerable young people
• Help service users achieve independence
• Conduct welfare checks
• Conduct one to one support sessions
• Understand service users emotional and housing needs
• Support young people to maintain accommodation

The successful candidate will have: 

• Enhanced DBS
• 3 Years’ worth of References
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments and maintaining professional boundaries
