Tiger Private are looking for a driven and experienced Yoga Studio Project Consultant, to assist with the set-up and launch of a Yoga Studio in Central London for one of our top clients.

Following this, there is an exciting opportunity to then take on the role of Studio Manager.

The main duties of the role:
  • Help the clients with the search for an appropriate venue, leveraging your knowledge of London's property market and understanding of what makes a successful yoga studio location.
  • Collaborate on studio design and layout to ensure an optimal flow and ambiance that aligns with the clients vision.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan, including market analysis, service offerings, pricing strategy, and unique selling propositions.
  • Implement operational frameworks for studio management, including staff recruitment, scheduling, maintenance, and customer service excellence.
  • Consult on marketing strategies to build brand awareness and create a strong community presence.
  • Guide the clients on regulatory compliance, health and safety standards, and any other local legal requirements for operating a yoga studio in London.
  • Potentially transition into a full-time managerial role upon the successful launch of the studio, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the studio's profitability and growth, or help the clients to recruit the right person.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record in opening/managing a yoga studio, with a preference for candidates with experience in the London market.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute a business plan.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with experience in team building and staff management.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing budgets, with a focus on profitability.
  • Deep understanding of the yoga industry trends and customer preferences in London.
  • Robust network within the local yoga and wellness community.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility in approach and open to potentially transitioning from a consultancy role to a full-time managerial position.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in yoga, fitness, wellness, or studio management are advantageous.
