Your new role
As a Year 5 teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners and prepare them for the transition to secondary school. Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide feedback and support to ensure they achieve their full potential. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external agencies to provide a holistic education for our pupils.This role will commence immediately.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently. You will be expected to follow the school's policies and procedures. Also, you will need to hold qualified teacher status (QTS) and have recent experience.

In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references.
