Year 5 Teacher

We are seeking a motivated Year 5 Teacher to join our thriving educational community. This role is an excellent opportunity for an educator who is passionate about guiding young learners and fostering a lifelong enthusiasm for learning.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that meet the diverse learning needs of Year 5 students, ensuring all students are both challenged and supported.
• Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of their achievements.
• Build strong relationships with parents/guardians through open communication, parent-teacher conferences, and regular updates on student progress.
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Experience or specialisation in primary education, particularly Year 5, is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for working with children and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, student assessment, and parent-teacher communication.
