Colmore education are currently recruiting for a Primary School located in Bartley Green, who are looking for an experienced year 5 teacher.

Your roles and responsibilities as a Primary teacher would include:

  • Planning & delivering lessons as well as marking and assessing, or delivering the content set by the class teacher/ school.
  • Monitoring, recording, and reporting attainment, development, and progress
  • Managing behaviour in the classroom

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact.
  • All right to work in the UK documents.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • The ability to adapt to different teaching environments and year groups.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in education, can "get stuck in", have an understanding of KS2 curriculum, have relevant teaching experience and good behaviour management skills.
