Thrive Education Recruitment are receruiting on behalf of a warm, friendly and high performing school primary school based on the outskirts of Swindon. The school are looking to appoint a year 5 classroom teacher who will motivate, support and challenge pupils to reach their full potential. This position is to start ASAP due to a unplanned absense and will continue until the end of the academic year.

The school are looking for an excellent classroom teacher who:

• Has the desire, skills and knowledge to raise attainment of pupils, meeting individual needs.
• Has high expectations of pupils’ attainment, progress and behaviour
• Is a reflective practitioner
• Has previous experience of teaching Key Stage 2
• Is knowledgeable about scaffolding to support pupils
• Is an enthusiastic team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
