Primary Teacher | Barking & Dagenham

One our welcoming primary schools in Barking & Dagenham are recruiting a Year Four Teacher for September 2024 start.

The ideal candidate will be pro-active and confident, able to effectively plan towards the Year Four curriculum and teach and engage a hard-working class! For this role, you will have to hold UK recognised QTS, have experience teaching in the UK and have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.

This would be a full-time, long-term post until the end of the academic year with day rates between £188 - £244 on offer.

ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.

Located in Barking & Dagenham, the primary school are proud to provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. A short walk from Barking train station and with bus stops nearby, the school is easily accessible via public transport. There is also ample parking on-site.

Requirements:

  • Hold UK recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in Primary Schools in the UK, with at least a year's worth of experience in KS1 or KS2.
  • Familiar with the Year Four National Curriculum.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
