£120 to £140 per day depending upon experience.

ASAP - Required until the end of the spring term initially but could become permanent for the right individual.

This popular and oversubscribed independent school is seeking an experienced and passionate teacher to join their team as a Year 4 and 5 Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Year 5 English and Maths and other subjects across the school, with a focus on Years 4 and 5.

This school provide an outstanding education and nurturing environment for girls and boys aged 2-16. The school is committed to providing a broad and balanced curriculum that encourages children to develop their full potential.

About the Role:

As a Year 4 and 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Year 5 English and Maths and other subjects across the school, with a focus on Years 4 and 5. You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge the students. You will also be responsible for assessing student progress and providing feedback to parents and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 4 and 5 students
  • Excellent knowledge of the Year 5 English and Maths curriculum
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
