Role Overview: As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of creative curriculum initiatives and utilise innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience. This full-time role offers the potential for middle leadership opportunities, allowing you to further develop your skills and contribute to the strategic direction of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that align with the National Curriculum and promote student progress
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported
- Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor student progress and provide targeted support where needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives and share best practices
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, building strong partnerships to support student learning and wellbeing
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience working with Key Stage 1 students, preferably in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners
