Horizon Teachers are working with an inclusive Primary school based in Croydon, assisting them in their search for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their school on a temporary basis from January 2024 until the end of March 2024.

Your responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with our creative curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
Foster a love for learning by incorporating creative elements into lessons.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

BA Honours Degree in Education or a related field.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
The ability to adapt your teaching to suit the individual needs of pupils.
Demonstrate creativity and a passion for innovative teaching methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
