Job Title: Year 2, 3 or 4 Maternity Cover Teacher - Chiswick - September start

School:  Two Form Entry Primary School

About Us:  We are looking for an upbeat and flexible teacher to cover a maternity leave within our school. The role will start in September and continue for two terms up until Easter 2025. As we have not designated year groups for September yet then we have flexibility with the year group we can offer the successful candidate. Year 2, Year 3 or Year 4 could be offered depending on the successful candidate's preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons from our existing schemes of work
• Create a nurturing and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration, and a love for learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement a well-rounded curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students.
• Establish effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on students' progress and achievements.
• Foster a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Excellent team player who can hit the ground running in September
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine passion for the well-being and development of young learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators
• ECTs (Early Career Teachers) and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
