As the backbone of our workshop, you'll play a pivotal role in driving productivity, fostering employee growth, and ensuring top-notch service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and Organize: Strategize and execute workshop activities to perfection, optimizing resources and timelines for maximum efficiency.
• Lead by example as you motivate, manage, and empower our talented workforce. From manpower planning to recruitment and training, you'll nurture their skills and ensure a dynamic team environment.
• Sharpen your business acumen to drive profitability through streamlined workshop operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Prioritize the well-being of our team and customers by always enforcing rigorous health and safety standards.
• Oversee the seamless flow of machinery and equipment, ensuring accurate bookings and efficient logistics management.
• Be the go-to person for resolving technical queries, both internally and externally, showcasing your expertise in construction, HGV, or heavy plant machinery.

Personal Skills & Experience Required:

• The ideal candidate will have Proficiency in construction, HGV, or heavy plant machinery operations
• Experience with OEMs would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience, preferably leading teams of at least 10 individuals.
• Possession of an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Construction, HGV, Plant, or Agriculture would be beneficial.
