Role: Workshop Manager - Safety Equipment
Location: Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire, NN9
Hours of work: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Basic Salary: £32,500 per annum.
Additional benefits: 33 Days Holiday, Health Cash Plan, Employee Assistance Programme, Life Assurance and Company Sick Pay.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a forward-thinking and dynamic manufacturing company who specialise in safety equipment. They're a well recognised business within their industry, for providing all round quality safety equipment solutions.
In this Workshop Manager role, you'll be responsible for;
- Managing day to day operations of a busy workshop
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Working closely with with service centre channel partners, ensuring the workshop is compliant at all times
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Promoting Health & Safety, as well as welfare throughout the workshop
- Ensure training of staff is all up to date
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience within a workshop environment
- To be mechanically minded to be able to support and guide a team of workshop technicians
- Have the ability to make good judgement
- To be self motivated
- To be able multi-task whilst ensuring accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- To be computer literate- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of safety equipment is desirable but not essential
