Fitter – Workshop Based

Are you an experienced Fitter seeking an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the construction and infrastructure sectors? We are currently looking for a dedicated Fitter to become a vital part of our nationwide Plant and Tool division.

Role Overview: As a Fitter, you will play a crucial role in the success of our depot by efficiently servicing and maintaining a diverse range of equipment, including diggers and small hand tools. Your responsibilities will involve identifying and addressing equipment faults, updating service records accurately, and occasionally performing on-site repairs.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fitter role with relevant mechanical qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Customer-focused approach and a commitment to teamwork.
  • A valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
