We are seeking a Workplace Manager that will be based on one of our modern and quirky client sites in Soho, London. Your role will be to provide a seamless and effective customer journey experience whilst overseeing multiple service lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational ownership and assist the Shared Service Desk with all aspects of the operational running of the London office
  • Line-manage the Front of House and cleaning team ensuring the office is clean and fit for occupation. Management of the cleaning equipment, consumables and materials and reporting of any repairs required to the management team
  • Procurement of Facilities, Office Management and Front of House consumables
  • Liaison with external suppliers, maintenance contractors, Procession House Building Management with regards to issues with office services (air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, cleaning etc)
  • Manage, maintain and develop all life safety, mechanical, electrical & public health services, plant and associated installations to ensure that they comply with current legislation and to be responsible for all statutory testing, inspection and record keeping
  • Ensure regular and effective maintenance of the internal building fabric (repairs & decorations)
  • Ensure Emergency Procedures are kept up to date such as the global Business Continuity Procedures and that statutory fire evacuation drills are undertaken as required
  • Adhere to relevant policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management
  • Management of day-to-day office and FM financials and keeping up to date Health and Safety records
  • Arranging and managing events
  • Establish good working relationships with the customers where possible to be recognised as a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition
  • Ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to requests made of all Livv service lines
  • Daily monitoring of service standards throughout the areas of responsibility ensuring proactive response to all tasks as required
