WORKPLACE ASSISTANT

Workplace Experience Co-ordinator provides overall facilities & reception support to all services and provisions in their location. Responsible for the Service delivery of full FM services, Quality Management System and Health & Safety as instructed by the International Director.

This position is responsible for providing hands on reception cover, as well as performing various tasks, including answering telephones and giving information to employees and guests; often the first point of engagement with employees and visitors.

Duties / Responsibilities Include:

* Carry out morning floor checks and regular floor checks throughout the day, reporting all faults and health & safety issues on Concept.


* Management of on-floor stationery stocks including replenishment of toner and paper, laminating and binding supplies to designated storage areas and meeting rooms.


* Proactive 'visual maintenance' of designated floor areas, including hubs, staircases, coffee points and copy areas, engaging with and communicating effectively with the FM Helpdesk, Service managers and team members and customers as appropriate.


* Take full ownership of your floor and surrounding area including housekeeping, AV equipment, fabric and general environment to ensure it remains fit for purpose, reporting all issues on floors and surrounding areas through Concept, ensuring that all service requests are monitored and completed satisfactorily within your area and within the agreed SLA's.


* Ensure the correct cover is in place at all times, filling in for other team members

Skills and Experience:

Working within Consturction Industry Preferred

Administrative Experience Required

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, and a high standard of written communication skills

  • Write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Respond to queries or complaints from clients and colleagues.
  • Strategic and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
  • Results oriented, ability to achieve business goals.
  • Customer focused - develop strong customer relationships by listening to and satisfying customer needs.
  • Accountable, with the ability to establish clear, measurable goals, taking ownership of responsibilities and commitments to those goals.

HOURS:

  • Hours - 8AM to 5PM - 40 Hours Per Week
  • PAY - £12 - 13 P/H
