Working Supervisor - Landscaping

Hunter Mason's client are looking for a Landscaping Working Foreman to join their growing team on a full time permenant basis based in West London.

As a Foreman/Woman, you'll own each project from initiation to the client signing it off. You'll be tasked with creating high spec residential gardens across London and the home counties. Supported by our Director, you will be required to use your strong leadership skills to manage teams ranging in sizes from 2-5, as well as external tradesmen and the client.

• Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lay paving stone
• Laying brick walls
• Ground works such as preparation for patios and walls
• The ability to work without the need for supervision
• Speaking to the clients
• Working from plan
• Speaking to the office to book materials

The successful candidate must have:

• Minimum 5 years in the landscaping industry
• Minimum 1 year in a Team Leader/Foreman role
• The skills to carry out hard landscaping to a high standard including, but not limited to, paving, decking (composite and timber), brick/block work, woodwork and fencing as well as some soft landscaping
